What we collect
When you book a visit we collect only what we need to schedule it: your name, email address, phone number, the service, clinician, time you choose and, if you choose to add one, a short reason for the visit. Please do not include detailed medical information in the booking form.
How we use it
To schedule and confirm your appointment, send reminders and calendar invitations, and let you reschedule or cancel with a secure link. We do not sell your information and we do not use advertising pixels on booking pages.
How long we keep it
Booking details are kept for as long as needed to provide care and meet legal obligations, then removed.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your booking information or ask us to delete it by emailing care@clinicbook.clinic. Residents of some states, including Washington, have additional rights over consumer health data.
