Is a video visit right for me?
What can be treated by video?
Colds, allergies, rashes, pink eye, minor infections, medication refills, follow-ups and many mental-health visits.
When should I come in instead?
Anything that needs an exam, a test or a procedure — like ear pain in young children, injuries or abdominal pain.
Is it for emergencies?
No. For chest pain, trouble breathing, signs of stroke or severe bleeding, call 911.
Is my insurance accepted?
Most plans cover video visits like office visits. Self-pay video visits are $59.
